Spetsnaz Operator

With Russian Federation joining in Earth Federation, there are massive re-organizing inside their armed force.

Before it, Spetsnaz was general term of any special-operation capable unit within it branch of services. With the reorganizing, these units are collected within one chain of command, named 'Spetsnaz'.
